Return Policy – Pet Alley
At Pet Alley, we want you and your furry companions to be fully satisfied with every purchase. We offer a 10-day return & exchange policy from the date of delivery for most unused pet supplies.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or processed. If your order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags and parts intact.
- Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
- Perishables (pet food, treats, supplements), hygiene products, and clearance goods are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
- Returns requested more than 10 days after delivery will not be accepted.
How to Return
- Contact our support team at servicethepetalley@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will send a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
- Send the package back within 7 calendar days of approval.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Defective or wrong items: We cover return shipping and offer a full refund or free replacement.
- Customer choice returns: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Exchanges for equal or higher-value items are supported; any price difference must be paid accordingly.
Final Notes
