Order Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Within the United States

Standard Shipping: Flat rate $19.99; delivery in 5–8 business days.
Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $99.
Express Shipping: $70; delivery in 3–4 business days (for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST).
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.

Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Delivery: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs processing).
Customs, Duties & Taxes: The customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate. You may also track your order on our website’s Track Order page.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for Express shipping.
Certain bulky items (large pet crates, furniture) may have additional shipping limitations.
We do not ship to restricted countries or regions.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost: If your order is lost in transit, contact us at servicethepetalley@gmail.com within 15 days of shipment. We will initiate a carrier trace and reship or refund.
Damaged: Please retain all original packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of damage. We will resolve promptly.
